When does the order cycle close?
*Order Cycles*
Orders Close Monday Midnight
Important: All orders made before Monday Midnight will be due for Delivery to Door or Pick-up Hub Wed/Thu/Fri depending on your location - learn more about delivery HERE>
Orders made after this will be scheduled for the next order cycle.
Please check the time and date to avoid placing an order that will not be ready when you are expecting it to be.
What is the minimum order amount?
*Minimum Order*
Home Delivery: MINIMUM ORDER $60, unless you are topping up an order/subscription already exceeding $60.
Pick-Up: MINIMUM ORDER $30, unless you are topping up an order/subscription already exceeding $30.
What if something I ordered becomes unavailable?
*Substitutions*
We do our best to give you exactly what you order each week, however, we also pride ourselves on freshness and superior quality, so if something doesn’t meet our standard on the day, we will swap it out for something of equal value that is fresh on the day or refund.
At checkout, you can select if you would like substitutions or prefer a refund (this will be processed within 24hrs).
Sometimes due to weather/pests/farming challenges, substitutions are unfortunately unavailable. In this event, a refund will be processed within 24hrs.
What if I am unable to collect my pick-up order?

Should you be unable to collect your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Emily prior to 3pm on 0407 382 784 and we will do our best to help you get your order and if possible we will do our best to contact your drop off location staff and ask them to put your order in the cool room. Any orders not collected within the time slot allocated for your pick-up locations will not be refunded or replaced.
I have a subscription and I am going away. Can I put it on hold?

Yes, you sure can!
Easily edit the delivery frequency of your subscription, along with address or payment information easily through your customer account.
Whether you are at home, away or on the go, you can access your account via computer or a mobile device and make any changes you need.

I need to cancel my subscription. How do I do this?

No worries at all.
Easily cancel your subscription through your customer account.
Whether you are at home, away or on the go, you can access your account via computer or a mobile device and make any changes / cancellations you need.
Please note, if your subscription payment has already processed, contact us admin@sohiporganics.com.au before Tuesday 9pm to refund skip, and cancel your next order.

Can I re-order past orders or produce I have recently been loving?

Yes! Woohoo!
You will need to create a customer account.
This allows you to have access to your order history and from there re-order within a few clicks!
Add an entire past order or recently ordered items with a click, they will be added to your cart and you can then ajust the items/ quanity/ add/ remove as you need.
Ordering is quick and easy with this re-order function available with all customer accounts!
Can I change pick-up locations after placing my order?

Yes!
If you send us an email admin@sohiporganics.com.au before 5pm Tuesday with the change, we can absolutely amend your order.
What if I want to add items to top up my box?

Need extra? Top-Up?
No problem! Order what you would like on a new order and we will add them together.
What if I realise I have ordered the wrong items and want to change my order after already paying for it?

No Worries!
Contact Emily on 0407 382 784 as soon as possible so we can help swap, change or refund your order.
How are orders packaged?
*Packaging*
Your order is stored in recycled waxed produce boxes, this way they are sturdy enough to be stacked and also resist rain.
You can return these boxes as a part of our initiative to reduce waste and give back, learn more HERE.
They are not insulated, please keep this in mind during the warmer months as there is no refrigeration or cooling packaging in our boxes.

How do I return my boxes?
*Box Return*
HOME DELIVERY: Please leave boxes out on the morning of your next deliveryand our drivers will pick them up. If it looks like rain, please leave them undercover or wait until the following week as we are unable to reuse rain damaged boxes.
PICK-UP: Please bring them back to the shop you pick-up from and their amazing shop owners and staff will store them for us to collect.
