When will I receive my delivery?
If you are in our van delivery network, your order will be delivered between 8am-5pm .
TRACK YOUR ORDER: You will receive an email with link to track your order on the day of delivery, along with a notification email once delivery is complete. Simply check the link in emails to keep updated.
How much is home delivery?
FREE Home Delivery to Your Door!*
Minimum order of $60 to qualify for Home Delivery.
*Rural Properties with long access roads - your veg box will be dropped at gate/post box only.
**RECOMMENDATION: Keep Your Veg Cool**
Your veg will be delivered between 8am - 5pm, we highly recommend if you won’t be
home, to leave out a cooler bag or esky big enough for your order. (If you have some iceblocks too - even better!)
We will pop your veg straight into your esky or similar. Especially in the warmer months, this will be very important.
We are however working on a solution that won’t require this. But until then your veg will appreciate a cool space to be popped into.

Delivery FAQs
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your delivery.
**Unless you are in a security apartment - If you live in a security apartment, you must be home for delivery or leave clear instructions on a safe location where to leave your delivery. Please use the order notes section during checkout.
If you are not home our drivers are instructed to leave your boxes as close to your front door as possible or at post box/front gate at rural properties.
If you have any particular instructions for where you would like your delivery left, please let us know in the order notes section during checkout.
What if I am unable to collect my pick-up order?
Should you be unable to collect your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us prior to 3pm on 0407 382 784 and we will do our best to help you get your order and if possible we will do our best to contact your drop off location staff and ask them to put your order in the cool room.
Any orders not collected within the time slot allocated for your pick-up locations will not be refunded or replaced.
How are orders packaged?
Your order is stored in recycled waxed produce boxes, this way they are sturdy enough to be stacked and also resist rain.
You can return these boxes as a part of our initiative to reduce waste and give back, learn more HERE.
They are not insulated, please keep this in mind during the warmer months as there is no refrigeration or cooling packaging in our boxes.

How do I return my boxes?
Please bring them back to the shop you pick-up from and their amazing shop owners and staff will store them for us to collect.
